Which level is this class for?

This workshop is for all levels. From beginners to advance.

What I teach in this video is the first moves I teach for my students, but at the same time, I almost never see other Staff spinners fully use this full wrist rotation technique.

That's why even if you are advanced Staff/Baton practitioner I truly believe you will benefit a lot from learning this style and it will open all new possibilities for you to take your staff spinning to the next level.

Do I need to have my own staff to participate in this class?

Yes. Ideally a spinning staff (about 100cm - 120cm)

You can definitely use a contact staff (Longer and heavier) or a shorter staff/Baton to learn and do these tricks.

If you don't have your own Staff you can just take a simple wooden stick and it will be enough. this is how I first started 😉

After you purchase you will receive access to the video and you can watch it as many times as you want.
